Home Baking: Amaretti Cookies
I decided to bake up some Amaretti cookies as ingredients for Squash Ravioli. Hot and fresh out the oven (by the way they should be allowed to sit and cool and dry out for a few hours before eating).
I used the recipe from my school's Italian cuisine textbook and they use far too much sugar. I think the sugar content should have been halved and the egg whites doubled.

I got this from the Italian cooking text from my school. I think they use too much sugar. I think the sugar content should have been halved and the egg whites doubled.
